This means we have pledged 1% product, 1% of employee time to support community and not-for-profit initiatives and 1% of equity:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\t1% product: we are very pleased to offer pro-bono executive search and recruitment for charities with Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status, as well as community and not-for-profit organisations head-quartered in Asia Pacific.
