1% Pledge
Christie Executive is committed to making a positive impact on the community and as such, has signed up to the 1% pledge. This means we have pledged 1% product, 1% of employee time to support community and not-for-profit initiatives and 1% of equity:
- 1% product: we are very pleased to offer pro-bono executive search and recruitment for charities with Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status, as well as community and not-for-profit organisations head-quartered in Asia Pacific. - 1% employee time: one of the common barriers people encounter with volunteering is time. At Christie Executive, we've removed that barrier and provide our team with paid volunteer leave to be able to support community and not-for-profit organisations close to their hearts.
- 1% equity: the team is in the process of setting up a Warrant Form to set aside equity in Christie Executive for a community organisation and we look forward to updating you on this shortly.
